What form of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Bank Transfer (available for customers in the Malaysia Only). For US and Canadian customers, we recommend using Stripe

SHIPPING

How much is shipping?
Orders of RM 300 or more ship free to For all other destinations, a flat international shipping rate of Free of charge.
Orders below RM300 are subject to a flat shipping fee of RM10 (domestic) 

How will my item be shipped?
Items are shipped via FedEx or J&T, depending on size and weight. Most shipments are sent with FedEx. We do not guarantee a specific carrier unless otherwise arranged.

Can I track my item online?
Yes. you will be sent an email with the tracking number on the day it is shipped.

How soon will my item be shipped?
Generally within 1-2 business days after payment has been received. Keep in mind we are closed on Sundays 

Will I have to pay import tax on my item?
Yes. Please check your country's import laws.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage as well as the damaged packing.
